When I was first made aware that the operations teams were based in India; I can't lie - it made me nervous, and this was purely down to my past experiences when calling the customer service departments of big blue-chip clients. We made a last-minute choice to outsource our weekly temp payroll from April 2020. IMS Decimal's expertise into recruitment agency payrolls was a definite asset when it came to defining the scope of work necessary to export data from our CRM and old payroll software for both the weekly data files and the initial take-on file and implementing payroll for our team. Frequent catch-up calls by video call with the Payroll team to work through the tests and refine where necessary meant that Go Live went without a hitch and to timescales, no mean feat during a short four-day bank holiday week under global COVID lockdown! I just wanted to say how extremely pleased and proud I am with the way payroll has gone over the last few weeks, We have not had a single candidate come back to us with a pay query or holiday query when the payslips were sent out.
