Ashok Vithlani has spent an impressive 42 years in the industry, having climbed the career ladder to the very top as Director for the Polad Group. He started his career as a selling agent; through sheer hard work and determination, Ashok rose to the position of CEO for Rasna, a highly popular soft drink in India. Ashok successfully grew Rasna from a local product to an internationally recognised brand and has since become instrumental in launching marketing communications plans for many consumer products and brands. Today, he is an eminent business speaker and expert who sits on the board of several companies, consulting with various national and international organizations. Ashok also teaches businesses and students about marketing communications and branding techniques.

AMIT SOMAIYA

Group CEO and Co-Founder

Amit Somaiya, our co-founder and CEO, consistently demonstrates an ability to understand and add value to a wide variety of business interests. His experience and expertise in an assortment of different business specialisms have made a considerable impact through the course of his time in the industry. A great deal of his 25 years’ experience has been spent planning, designing and implementing marketing strategies. Many modern-day organizations and start-ups can thank Amit for his skill in driving foreign direct investments. He also has rich experience in direct marketing, telemarketing, customer care and customer relationship management centers. Amit has trained more than 500 leading company executives at middle and senior management level, demonstrating his high level of skill in core HR functions, such as accounting and developing and delivering onboarding processes.

RHONA DRIGGS

Director - IMS Group and CEO – Empresaria Group

Rhona was appointed as Director of IMS Group in November 2019 and Chief Executive Officer in June 2019 having previously served as Empresaria Group’s Chief Operating Officer. Rhona has over 28 years’ experience working in international companies within the staffing sector and has a proven record of delivering growth and driving innovation. She has been recognised for the past four consecutive years as one of the Staffing Industry Analysts’ “Global Power 150, a list of the Most Influential Women in Staffing”. Rhona’s most recent role prior to joining Empresaria was as President of Volt Global Solutions, with responsibility for the Managed Services division. Prior to that, Rhona was Executive Vice President for the commercial and technical staffing operations in North America where she ran a $1.2 billion staffing business. She brings in-depth knowledge of the latest trends and operating models in the sector to IMS Decimal.

TIM ANDERSON

Director - IMS Group and CFO – Empresaria Group

Tim was appointed as the Director of IMS Group in August 2018. He has over 15 years’ experience working for listed and private equity backed businesses. Tim joined Empresaria from Cell Medica, a leading cellular immunotherapy company, where he was Group Finance Director. Prior to this Tim has held finance positions in three FTSE 100 businesses, most recently having spent six years at Intu Properties plc, the UK’s leading owner and manager of prime regional shopping centres, where he was Head of Financial Reporting and Control.

FENIL SHAH

VP - Operations

Fenil is a Chartered Accountant with the ICAI and has over 12 years’ experience working in Finance and Accounts. As our AVP Operations, Fenil leads the top tier of IMS Decimal’s financial operation, including stakeholder management and strategic business planning. He carries an understanding of international tax laws. With his diverse knowledge, Fenil has enjoyed assisting clients in the UK, Europe, US, ANZ, and APAC region. Fenil has a keen eye for detail and is dedicated to upholding IMS Decimal to the highest standards. Not only does he ensure all clients comply with their respective laws, but his expertise also allows him to streamline Accounts & Finance back-office processes to achieve optimum efficiency. Recognising the individuality of each business, Fenil can always be trusted to apply different methodologies to create custom solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

KARAN MAHINDRU

Senior Operations Manager

Karan Mahindru is an experienced professional with 18+ years of expertise in offshore payroll services for UK/US/Gulf countries in the oil & gas and energy sectors, accounting and credit control for Indian MNCs in the IT, garments, and Korean home appliances industries, as well as client management. He has a strong track record of completing complicated projects in industries such as healthcare, construction, and oil & gas. With a strong grasp of technology, he makes the recruitment process efficient and simple for his clients. He has helped multiple recruiting agencies find simple solutions to complicated criteria and challenges. His keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and thorough approach make him stand out in his work. He is analytical and adept at problem-solving, possesses a positive attitude, and is a good listener. As a self-motivated leader, he also has a knack for coaching others.

DEVANG SHAH

Operations Manager

Devang Shah has over 10 years of experience in the field of accounting. With strong exposure to International Accounting in Australia and the UK, he has served as a single point of contact and escalation for clients. He has developed work structures to coordinate the delivery of various reports, hired and trained new staff, and identified individuals within teams for different tasks. Acting as a Workflow Manager to ensure a smooth transition to the dedicated resource for clients, his involvement in regular feedback calls with clients provides satisfactory resolutions. His software knowledge includes XERO, QBO, MYOB, MYOB EXO, and MS Excel, with end-to-end bookkeeping processing for Australian and UK clients.

HARDIK PARMAR (LOGAN)

Implementation Manager & Process Partner

Hardik Parmar holds 8 years of accounting experience, with expertise in management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting. Currently, he holds an implementation role, where he excels at planning, organising, and executing projects effectively. He has a deep understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall, and is able to lead and manage change processes in projects. He has excellent communication and collaboration skills, and is able to effectively coordinate and lead a team of cross-functional stakeholders. He is skilled at identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the implementation process, with experience using various project management tools, API connectors, and reporting tools. He is responsible for managing relationships with operational teams and clients, ensuring that deliverables are on time and meet requirements.

SIDDHARAJSINH ZALA

Assistant Operations Manager

Siddharajsinh Zala has 8 years of experience in the offshore field. He is experienced in MIS reporting, self-bill reconciliation (VMS Portal), and payroll, ensuring that every deliverable is completed within the SLA by the team. He is an expert in assisting clients in automating the job carried out in Excel by using VBA, along with helping clients to organise their raw data to gain insights useful for decision-making. His software knowledge includes Timesheet portal, Eclipse, Sage 50 for payroll, and Sage 200 for accounting. Other than managing KPIs and commission reports for a team of over 50 for a UK client, he is also responsible for submitting framework reports for a UK healthcare client on a monthly basis.

SONAL AMBANI

Assistant Operations Manager

Sonal Ambani is a qualified Chartered Accountant, specialising in Indian Accounting and Taxation. With extensive experience in audit working papers, preparing audit programmes, sample auditing, preparing budgets, compiling financial statements, and other ancillary reports, she has been involved in preparing GST returns. Managing the process of accounts receivable and accounts payable, along with third-party confirmations, she prepares the management accounts, analyses areas of improvement, and suggests necessary steps to the clients. She is responsible for reviewing the trial balance and preparing monthly financials, along with submitting quarterly VAT returns. Her software knowledge includes Tally Prime, Quickbooks, XERO, and Sage 200.

MUDASSAR NAGARIYA

Senior Management Accountant

Mudassar Nagariya is a Chartered Accountant, with more than 5 years of experience. Acting as a binding chain between desired output and performance, he possesses excellent communication skills, with fluency in Indian and UK accounting processes, finalisation, and VAT. He manages a team on a personalised level by providing requisite training, and allowing the team to unlock different avenues. He holds the ability to build a team where members support and confide in each other, and conduct meetings with clients to fill the lag and cater to their needs.
